Dear Email Customers,
Over the last several months, we have been working on migrating customers off MagicMail and onto a newer, more secure solution. Your data will continue to be stored on our servers.
If you retrieve your email through Outlook, Thunderbird, or another email client, then you will not see any change. If you access your email through our webmail, you will notice changes there. You will have 2 different views to select from. This change will allow you to utilize the contacts and calendar functions throughout all of your IMAP devices. It will also allow you to reset your own password, create additional email addresses, and download an easy configuration tool to set up your new mobile phone or tablet with the settings.
Most importantly, this change will make our email system more secure, so spam and phishing messages are less likely to land in your inbox.
We expect to have the final transition completed by the end of March. At which point, you will access your webmail through a different portal.
We thank you for your continued business and look forward to having you utilize the new email system. We have attached screenshots of what you can expect the 2 webmail views to look like.

FAQ
· Do I have to change my email address?
o No, your email address will not change.
· Will all of my old emails still be there?
o Yes! You will still have all your old emails.
· Will I still have my webmail contacts?
o Yes, your contacts will transfer over.
· I like MagicMail’s Webmail, can I stay on it?
o Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are moving off MagicMail completely to a newer, more secure, and feature rich email system.
· I don’t use the website to login. Do I need to change anything?
o If you have a “domain hosted email, ie. @yourcompany.com” will I have to make any changes?
§ Potentially. You will be contacted on an individual basis to go over any changes to your account and how you access your email.
o I have a FRII, Verinet, SpringSIPS, UOS, DataWest, or MailArmory email address. Will I need to change anything?
§ No, you should not need to change anything. You will need to make sure you log in with your complete email address.
