Before starting make sure that you have the following. If you don't have everything, contact technical support for any missing information:
- Email Address to add
- Username(your full email address)
- Password (it is case sensitive!)
- Incoming mail PORT (IMAP 993 with SSL (preferred) or POP 995 with SSL)
- Outgoing mail PORT (587 with TLS)
- Click Settings
- Click Accounts
- Click Accounts
- Click Add Account
- Click Personal (IMAP)
- Enter your Full Email address
- Click Manual Setup
- Click Personal (IMAP)
- Enter your Password
- Click Next
- Enter mail.frii.com under Server (for Incoming)
- Click Next
- Enter mail.frii.com under SMTP Server (for Outgoing)
- Make sure Require Signin in on
- Click Next
- Click Back
- Confirm that the Port # is 587 and the Security Type is STARTTLS (sometimes it will just be TLS)
- Click Next
- Leave all boxes checked (unless you desire different settings)
- Click Next
- If all settings were entered correctly you will see the message below
- Enter/change your name in the box (this will be what recipients see in the from field)
- If you receive any errors, go back and re-check everything (the most common errors are misspelled Passwords and incorrect port numbers/encryption types)
- Click Next
- You will be re-directed to the main Account Settings page
- Return to your Homescreen
- Launch Email using the Gmail Client icon (Android’s native email client)
- Congratulations! Your email is setup
